Sleep Inn & Suites Emmitsburg

Redoing the roof, I was on the second floor. Very noisy. Banging dropping things woke me up while trying to rest in the afternoon. I found 2 live bugs.

The property is very dated. The breakfast is very limited and not on par with most hotels. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Stay in Fredrick or Gettysburg areas that have nice hotels.

Stayed here for location, but should’ve driven the extra 10-15 minutes to say somewhere else. I’m sure there are hotels that look and feel dirtier than this one out there… but hopefully not many.. Best kept part of the hotel is the exterior. Needs complete renovation.

Our second stay at this hotel while traveling long distance. Super easy to get to right off the highway. Staff is friendly. The only comment is there could be more towels and the fan switch in our bathroom this time was broken. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and you don’t feel like they skimped on bed linens like some other properties.

Clean, roomy, comfortable rooms and bath. Couldn't get shower to work. Adequate continental breakfast.

I would give average rating due to lake of cleanliness of the property.

Great place for the value would definitely go back
