Sleep Inn & Suites Emmitsburg

When I arrived Everyone was very Friendly. We did have a issue with a broken toilet paper holder. Woke up to ants everywhere and we had no food in the room. I was told a card would be on file after website said nothing about it and the Hotel took $50. We booked this hotel because of a pool. When we got to hotel the said pool was closed and staff stated it has been broke for 4 years and have no plans on opening back up. I am very upset also that the carpet in the hall was very wrinkled in one area and my husband tripped on it many times.

Room was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep, but our room clenliness was lacking. The AC was broken and soaking the carpet, so the room smelled pretty bad. There was also a dirty sock behind a chair. Maybe we could've switched rooms, but since I booked 3rd party I didn't bother. Very overpriced rooms considering the remote location. Much cheaper to drive 10 minutes to another hotel nearby. Additionally, the pool was still closed as of my visit.

Close to Gettysburg

Staff was friendly. It was clean and convenient for what we needed.

The pool was not functional and hasn't been for a while. The room had some minor issues such as a broken fan in the bathroom. Staff was super polite, breakfast was good, and everything was clean.

My stay was very good safe clean attendance were helpful. The only disappointment was the so-called breakfast but other than that everything was fine.

Easy parking, nice staff. Close to amenities. Not too far from Gettysburg

Clean but outdated. I appreciated the price.

Friendly staff. Facility was a little older, but room was great and fit our family well. Convenient for Gettysburg trip.
