Absolutely amazing! Our stay at the AX The Victoria Hotel in Malta was short but perfect from start to finish! Location: Phenomal! Everything was within easy reach, making it the ideal base for exploring the island. Staff: We cannot praise them enough. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and approachable. They went above and beyond to help us at every single moment. Room: The room was beautiful, extremely tidy, and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very cozy. We arrived in Malta very early in the morning and, although our room wasn't ready yet, the staff kindly allowed us to use the pool and all other hotel facilities right away. The exact same thing happened after our check-out – we were welcome to enjoy the pool and amenities until it was time to leave.

Great position and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean and well maintained.

The pillows need replacing-flat and lumpy. Bed on the firm side. Carpet in our corridor was dirty with stains and smelt.

"Good hotel in very central location."

The Room was big and clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom well equipped. Breakfast has variety and was good. Terrace pool is very nice, with a quieter one on floor 8th and a special word for all the staff as they are very polite, friendly and professional. :)

A bit of smell from the toilet pipes, corridors could be revamped.

"Enjoyed the hotel just not the 5* pool bar prices"

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Good sized room. Very nice pool area and daily fresh pool towels.

The hotel shares the pool area with the 5* Palace Hotel, therefore the pool bar prices are 5* If I wanted to pay 5* prices for food and drink I would have booked a 5* hotel. The Penny Black bar in our hotel was reasonable priced, but this wasn’t open during the day, therefore the only option was the pool bar and 5* prices. €7.10 for a beer We did have to contact reception several times when we had only been left one bath towel for two people, coffee and milk not replenished which becomes a pain!!!
