As always, our stay at Oxford Suites in Spokane Valley was outstanding from front desk, restaurant to cleaning staff. We will be back.

The chandelier was pretty

Expensive

The room I was in again had the last guest's hair in the tub. The tub didn't drain properly and had a puddle in the middle of it. The slope of the tub might be off. The metal cover for the shower pipes on the wall had loose screws. The hvac unit didn't seem to have a user interface that I could find, also the hvac unit sounded like popping popcorn when it ran. I probably should have unplugged the hvac unit. The room I got was massive, about 47x17 feet, it had a king bed, a couch that can change into a bed, a desk and 2 chairs. The room had 2 tvs, the little tv in the room had issues with the remote, the bigger tv worked fine. The room was way overpriced this time, some volleyball tournament was in town. The good thing is I got a room on the top floor and it wasn't as noisy. The food at the complementary breakfast didn't agree with me, how does one mess up a boiled egg? Overall- the room was still dirty and in need of some mending and quieter than last visit and overpriced. The hotel is in a decent part of town.

Our stays at this Oxford Suites always live up to our expectations. The property could use some maintenance, but they are working on it. The service, home like environment, pet amenities and military benefits are what make this place a go to for our family.

Great experience! Wonderful staff and comfortable, clean room. Facility was maintained well...was impressed. Breakfast was amazing as well!

Great location. Clean rooms and great value

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was super friendly. Katie at the front desk was very helpful. Everybody was nice. The room was nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast, the complementary soup and salad at night was an added bonus. The hotel connects to the Centennial Trail, which was great for walking my dog and the hotel offers a great view of the river. Definitely be staying there again. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay at the hotel. I was happy with everything. Only thing I could add is don’t believe they had any movie channels or any way for me to connect on Netflix or YouTube to the TV to watch other movies butother than that the state was fantastic

Location along the river is great—close to shopping and food—comfortable bed and quiet location

For the price, the bathroom was super small…
