Very friendly staff! Breakfast had a great variety of things. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The kids had the best time in the pool too 😊

Room was clean with sofa and table to eat at. Beds were very comfy. Liked the fact glassware in room was not plastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet (with real silverware and plates not plastic disposable) was very good. Very dog friendly place and outside areas were clean. Only complaint was the complementary glass of wine or beer in evening. My daughter was not able to join because she still had a vertical id in Washington State. She is 21 years old to drink but did not her new id yet and they won’t accept it for id even tho her id was legal and shows her age.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from amazing restaurants and great shopping. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest, friendliest staff (and the most handsome good boy with the happiest wagging tail 🐾). Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were truly what dreams are made of — we slept so well. The pre-ordered mimosas waiting for us, along with a sweet handwritten note, were such a thoughtful touch. The pool, sauna, and steam room were all impeccably clean and incredibly relaxing — perfect for a Valentine’s weekend getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back in a few weeks to celebrate my birthday!

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Room was spotless , breakfast buffet was better than the normal. We’ll be staying there again the next time we are in Spokane
