First I must mention the staff, all were friendly and eager to help, which was very welcoming after a long and late journey to Spokane. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We chose to stay here while our daughter was attending a basketball tournament, and it became clear right away that this hotel was far from the typical “here’s your key, see you later” experience. Nas at the front desk truly set the tone for our stay. He was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and customer-service oriented. During check-in, he arranged an early check-in for our group and thoughtfully placed us near another party we knew who was staying at the hotel. He made sure we were fully aware of all the amenities available for both parents and kids, which was greatly appreciated. It was such a pleasure to interact with someone so helpful, attentive, and cheerful. He even went above and beyond to help my husband when he accidentally dropped his room key in the hallway without realizing it. Most importantly, Nas helped us feel that the hotel was safe and secure, which meant so much to us while traveling with kids. The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient for tournament activities and dining. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with modern décor that also had a nice local touch. The bedding was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days. We also appreciated the large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the room—such a thoughtful and convenient detail. The kids absolutely loved the pool, which was a perfect way for them to unwind and have fun after their games. My husband enjoyed spending time at happy hour, where he loved the drinks and complimentary appetizers. He especially enjoyed meeting Cindy and hearing her stories from her many years working at the hotel. She was incredibly pleasant and made the experience even better. He also met Don and had a great time talking with him about the hotel, hotel operations, and his experiences with rock bands—an unexpected and memorable highlight! We typically stay at the Best Western Plus, but after experiencing the outstanding attention to security, the wonderful amenities, and the exceptional customer service from your staff, we will absolutely be back. This stay truly exceeded our expectations.

We always choose Oxford suites in Spokane Valley to stay on frequent trips to Spokane. We are si very comfortable here! It’s “home away from home” atmosphere and service cannot be matched! Friendly & competent staff are available 24/7 to provide service and assistance. We were very pleased to discover our bathroom had been upgraded with the addition of a hose shower head attachment! Our room is always clean and well-stocked Most of all, the excellent complimentary breakfast and soup and salad bar at evening reception puts Oxford Suites above all the rest! We won’t stay anywhere else!!

Stayed at the Spokane Valley location for my sons birthday. The hotel was so nicely decorated, beautiful atmosphere. The room we were in was spacious, clean and to have a king bed AND a sleeper sofa, for such a GREAT price!!! There's no where else I'll ever stay again!!! Definitely worth it for the value and a last minute, same day booking!! Most MOTELS I've stayed at are SO noisy at all hours- this one was so peaceful and quiet!! My son LOVED the amenities of the sauna and steam room too! Cindy at the front desk provided AMAZING service!! She deserves a kudos for being so kind and friendly!!! We will ABSOLUTELY book more rooms with them in the future!!!

Came back after a great experience last year. This year service at front desk was cold & bordering rude at times inclusive of all three days combined. We arrived in our room to find the heat completely off. It took us two hours of heat at full blast & remaining in our coats boots, & scarfs before we were able to be comfortable. Carpet under heating unit was very wet. Housekeeping visit with cleaning cart on Saturday morning at 9:40am reminding us with a snotty voice & look that checkout was at 11am, was icing on the cake… not to mention at checkout when we asked for a receipt, we were coldly told it had been emailed. We were not thanked for our business or even said goodbye too. Last year was complete opposite. Service & care has really gone downhill.
