Oxford Suites Spokane Valley

Spokane Valley location is fantastic. Close to Spokane Mall and restaurants in the area. Even have a Bistro Tuesday - Sat.

The Oxford Suites in Spokane Valley is centrally located, close to the freeway and well maintained. All of the Staff are friendly and helpful as well.

We love the Spokane Valley Oxford Suites! Such a beautiful hotel with awesome rooms, great amenities, and the most wonderful staff!! Highly recommend!!

Smelled weird

Everything. It's my third year going to the Oxford and it's always been great.

I have no complaints. The only goofy thing was, my room had two TV screens and if I didn't aim the remote right, it would turn one on and one off. But I fixed it in short order.

Customer service is good and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, their evening lounge doesn't open until 6pm. It would be better if it opened at 5PM.

When we go to Spokane for an overnighter, we always stay at the Spokane Valley Oxford Inn. The entire staff from front desk to maid service has been friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean and the restaurant serves excellent prepared food. We will be back.

My mom is wheelchair dependent. I reserved an “accessible “ room in advance. Upon arrival I was told they oversold the accessible rooms and none available. I had my mom there in wheelchair and totally screwed. I asked if they had another chain hotel that might accommodate and clerk said no they will be booked too because it’s a weekend. I left to find a store to buy a toilet seat attachment with bars to support my mom to use restroom. Completely unacceptable and no compensation which was less important than having a safe place to stay with my mom. Worst hotel experience ever!
