Expedia charged us for the stay, and then the hotel receptionist charged us again. The process for getting a refund for the extra charge is confusing. The hotel has a race track near by and it was quite noisy (Sunday night) until after 11:30 pm.

"Not on the Weekend!"

We had to stop for the night at around midnight. We have stayed at America's Best Inn before and thought decent cheap room. The Drag Strip is VERY close! Since it was Saturday night I asked how late they run at the track. I was told around 1:00 a.m. Not a huge problem since we just got there and needed to wind down a little. Nope. 2:30 a.m. and they were finishing up. Now for the room. I sit down in the chair to check my route for later today and when I get up my wife notices that my shorts have an odd color on them. The chair is COVERED with mold and mildew! The floor is damp and stained. The door lock is barely holding on as viewed in other pictures. This is maybe a $40 room not a $76 room after taxes. Huge disappointment and we will never stay here again. I work on the road and my wife travels with me and this was probably the nastiest hotel we have stayed in. Certainly the worst for the price. Keep going down the road either way for 15-30 mins and try again.

I didn't like that they wouldn't accept my xhexknin because Experian didn't send then a cc to charge my room and everything with the room was disappointing.

It was all we needed passing thru. A little rest and a shower. A leak in the ceiling with what looked to be mold was disturbing but o well.

It’s ok. Service is good the hotel just isn’t the high end hotel I usually stay at. But it was clean and friendly. There are only a few choices of hotels in this town. They are all middle of the road brands. They are combiner and right by the highway. This town also has some nice bed and breakfast options that are worth considering.

Hotel is very dated. However there was a big flat screen tv in the room. This is the 2nd best option inside this location. Hotel staff is pleasant. Property around the hotel needed to be picked up. Outside appearance is acceptable. Rooms just need to be updated.

"Poor customer service — poor overall visit"

We begged for towels several times. We were given 4 towels and one hand towel had a sticky stain with a hair attached (I’m sure you can guess what that was from 🤮). We were refused towels until we proved the cum stain. Even then we were given 2 with an attitude. The room was not very clean. Cigarette stains on the comforter and the shower was atrocious. We were here for one night and ecstatic to check out! 1 star hotel for sure.

"Dog friendly"

The hotel is very old and in need of much repair. With that said, they accommodated or dogs which we are always greatful for. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
