Staff was very accommodating and friendly. They continually asked us how we were doing and if we needed anything. Very comfortable beds.

Dirty carpets and noisy equipment, fridge had a vibration and loud enough noise that make imposible to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at Days Inn Laramie! The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and very welcoming from start to finish. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Vicky, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Her hospitality made the stay even more pleasant and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Laramie. Great value, great service, and a genuinely comfortable environment!

Exceptional staff . Especially manager and all the staff very hardworking and friendly. Must recommend for the people staying in Laramie for the best experience you have had ever had . The current renovation is being excellent and the rooms now are pleasant and very clean.

During a recent weekend trip, I stopped in Laramie. When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by a friendly front desk agent who was dealing with another guest. Apparently, that guest was not happy with her room and was requesting a refund. The guest was not shy in raising her voice so anyone nearby could hear. The front desk agent explained that since she had booked third party, any requests for a refund would have to go through the third party booking site (anyone who travels knows this because those booking sites send out confirmation emails when the guest books). I have to give huge praise to this front desk agent. She was polite and professional and explained everything clearly and concisely. She apologized several times during the interaction and still remained professional. When the guest didn't get the reaction or result she wanted, she left. Brushed by me in a huff. When it was my turn to check-in, I thanked this front desk agent for her composure and her knowledge of how third party bookings work. I also commented that I prefer to book direct so if there are any issues, it can be handled at the hotel instead of a call center. The agent thanked me for my understanding and apologized for me having to witness what happened. She explained that the hotel is being renovated and the rooms have been painted recently, which I enjoy seeing property being taken care of. As my check-in concluded, she offered me a list of local restaurants and informed me about activities in the area. She also advised me about the hours for the pool, hot tub, and fitness center; as well as breakfast in the morning. I later learned her name as I asked the morning staff so I could leave her a good review. Vicki was kind and very attentive and told me the afternoon desk agent is Dana. She also told me that Dana keeps up with current events and is a great resource for information. The last time I stopped here, Dana was the one who checked me in and her pleasantness hasn't changed. I don't always remember her name since I don't come through this area often but I always remember that she is sincere and honest.
