Days Inn by Wyndham Laramie

I had a fantastic experience at Days Inn by Wyndham Laramie. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The room exceeded my expectations- it was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the overall quality of the room reflected attention to detail and consistent upkeep. The atmosphere of the motel was calm and relaxing, with minimal noise, which made it perfect for both rest and productivity. The cleanliness standards were clearly a priority, and all areas felt fresh and hygienic. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Laramie. It delivers top-tier service, high-quality rooms, and a pleasant environment that makes you feel at home.

I was traveling across country and booked the Days Inn Laramie for one night as I passed through the area based on its decent reviews. When I arrived at the property, I checked in without issue and I went to the room that was assigned to me. When I open the door, an overwhelming smell of paint fumes about knocked me to the ground. I returned to the front desk to ask them to issue a different room and the front desk staff told me “ it wouldn’t make any difference which room we assigned, we just had all rooms repainted within the last week.” Please note that there was NO information or announcement on their website that the hotel was under renovation when I booked the reservation in good faith. I tried to help them understand my extreme sensitivity to chemical fumes and gently asked for a refund so I could book a different hotel. They absolutely refused and even laughed at me at one point in their refusal to help my situation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would especially like to mention the rudeness of the staff and complete lack of caring of the manager to help me at all. They’ve kept every penny of my money and sent me on my way. Just Shameful.

The hotel lived up to its promise. Good value, clean room, breakfast included.

The Good: We stayed here for the University of Wyoming’s Discovery Days. Finding a room with three queen beds was a huge win for our family of five—it’s very rare to find that kind of space! The location is perfect for visiting the campus, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during an easy check-in.

Unfortunately, several major issues made our stay very difficult: Despite the high price point—comparable to highly-rated hotels—the room was in total disrepair: Broken Fridge: The fridge door was hanging off its hinge. Opening it required holding it in place, which caused the entire unit to tilt out of the dresser. It also cycled on and off randomly; all the food we brought back from restaurants spoiled, and our ice cream melted. Major Accessibility Failure: This hotel is listed as ADA compliant, yet there is no elevator. Being placed on the second floor with a bad back was a nightmare. To make matters worse, the "ADA" front door slams so hard it hit me twice. Maintenance Issues: The shower fixtures and ceiling were rusted/stained, and the "bulk" soap and shampoo dispensers were completely empty. The TV was also "possessed"—the volume would blast to 100% randomly and it often wouldn't turn off. The "View": Our window looked directly onto the shingles of the entrance roof and a wall. Poor Breakfast: The selection was so subpar we had to spend extra money eating out every morning. Verdict: This location has so much potential because of the room size and location, but the lack of maintenance and misleading ADA info made this a very frustrating stay. For the price we paid, we expected a functional room.

I like the location. I loved how the staff greet us and checked on us while we had breakfast.. Very good customer service.

No issues at all

The hotel was easy to get to and the staff was very friendly. We came in late in a snow storm while doing a cross country trip and made the booking online. Check in was easy and I was able to get an extra blanket for my room. The room was exceptionally clean with a clean and comfortable bed.

Everything went great we slept well.
