convenient location, reasonable place, reasonable breakfast

The staff were excellent and extremely friendly and nice. Our meals were excellent and ample, and again very good and very friendly service

The hotel has recently been taken over, the carpets need renewing, some hallways require painting and all doors leading to the lower rooms require a good painting and weather stripping. The room which we were given had an air conditioner in the window, during a rain storm water came through the gaps around the air conditioner and onto the inner window seal, we used towels to mop up. I realize the property has been neglected and it will take time to bring everything up to par Overall a nice stay and would recommend

Rooms updated. Exterior, reception area and restaurant need updating.

Far too noisy

A nice stay, but the outside is still uninviting to look at - no flowers or nice areas to look at or hang out at. Fenced off area for "play" overrun with weeds and an eyesore to look at. Area around entrance to front desk full of rocks and weeds. Rooms by pool noisy.
