"We picked this hotel instead of others close by because they had a pool & hot tub."

The clean sheets & cover. The staff were very good. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The swimming pool water was cold. The hot tub jets were not working and the water wasn't hot enough.

Pleasant staff, clean and quiet room, nice that there was a small sofa.

The building exterior was in need of new paint and a good cleaning/raking around the property.

Tv didn’t work, hot tub jets or heat didn’t work. Stains all over furniture, no pool towels, didn’t give me any of my Wyndham points. Employee was pleasant but not able to help much. the building needs major updates as multiple leaks all over. Was once an nice hotel but decrepit now

"Amazing food at the restaurant"

The restaurant was amazing, every meal we had was unbelievable. The staff was amazing. All around a very nice weekend I highly recommend this Hotel

We had a great experience. The inside of the hotel is decent for the age. Staff was extremely friendly and our family enjoyed the time at the pool and the guest common area. There is some aesthetic upgrades that could be made but the experience was really good

We booked a room with a queen bed, and recieved 2 double beds so my spouse and i slept separately both nights. The first night was so unbearably hot neither of us could sleep, they eventually switched us the next day after multiple attempts of complaining. The pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was ice cold sometimes which was annoying. There was no information about how to reach the front desk, or that you have to order the complimentary breakfast at the front desk either....so that was inconvenient. Plus they are severely understaffed, and 2 people ran the entire hotel. And now I'm being charged an extra $200 after already paying close to $300 for a mediocre stay at best.
