Hampton Inn Mitchell

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, hot breakfast, attractive interior, pet friendly. The room was clean very except for what smelled like residual odors from a previous pet or human accident. There were no stains to indicate such, but there was a definite odor of urine. The only other complaint is low water pressure in the bathroom sink. I informed the front desk when we departed and I got the impression that they really will follow up. Highway noise could be an issue for some. We slept fine. No noise from other rooms or hallways.

wonderful staff, location and very clean. love that we can have our pet but $50 for a dog is extreme and disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were great and had many choices. I would choose this hotel again.

Got charged twice for the same room, hotel was not helpful. Spent 3 hours trying to get my card refunded. Still fighting to get refunded.
