"It wasn’t quite hell on earth … more like purgatory!"

The property was run down. It looked like normal or regular maintenance was deferred. Metal railings in the elevator were loose and falling off the elevator walls. Chunks of the laminate walls in the elevator had broken off exposing the backing behind the laminate. Shower and bathroom fixtures were loose. Shower floor was dangerously slippery when wet. TV’s in the room … one didn’t work at all. The other TV would not allow streaming channels (i.e. YouTube) to load and when questioned about it, the front guest staff admitted THAT MANAGEMENT HAD NOT PAID the monthly bill that would have allowed for streaming service at the property!!

Nothing really. I would never book this property again.
