There was a HUGE stain on the mattress. I guess it would have not been as big of a deal if the pad over the mattress was clean as well, but it wasn’t. The room needed to be vacuumed better as well. I walked in the room checked it out then left 10 minutes later. Super disappointed my money was not refunded or something offered to make it right. Do not recommend at all.
