"Nice stay, appreciated a quiet floor."

When we checked in they asked if we wanted a quieter floor and I’m so glad they did! There was a bunch of young kids in town for a sporting event and I appreciated not being on the same floor as them.

Hot tub wasn’t very hot the second day but I also feel like it was because of the teens/children that were in there Saturday night.

The woman at reception was so friendly and helpful. The facilities were super clean and their breakfast area and options were great.

The room was nice, staff was friendly

Had to move rooms due to the toilet not working, the feature on the TV to use your own HDMI device didn't work and staff didn't know how to fix, hot tub wasn't hot but just warm and the pool was too cold to swim in

Upon checkin, we were greeted by the front desk. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered our questions. We enjoyed our accommodations- comfortable, clean, and very homelike. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of breakfast items to choose from. Thanks for your assistance!

There were no issues with the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

"I was disappointed in the room and wouldn’t stay there again."

Staff were friendly.

I didn’t like the suite I had. It was big but empty. A lot of wasted space. It was cold and hard to heat. It had a large bathroom with one little sink. Should have two sinks.
