"Too hot. Could have been cooler. Lost sleep to save the hotel money!"

Clean and easy breakfast process

Air con centrally controlled despite there being a panel in the room. Set it as low as you like but it only runs at about 23 or 24 degrees. Should let guests choose temperature rather than just focus on saving money on electricity bills. Especially when it is nearly 40 degrees outside!

"Prima verblijf op loopafstand van oude centrum"

Prima locatie voor een bezoek aan de stad Troyes. Hotel ligt op korte loopafstand van centrum. Mooie grote kamer, groot bed en prima badkamer. Alles ziet er nieuw uit. Mogelijkheid om je auto (tegen betaling) in parkeergarage van hotel te zetten.

Zeer mooi modern hotel met alle comfort. Zeer ruime kamer en alles proper. Spijtig gnoeg was de matras aan de rechterkant volledig doorgezakt. Heb het gemeld maar daar werd weinig op gereageerd. Spijtig voor de volgende klant

Easy access from car park.

Minimal tea/coffee in room and no milk. Had to ask for some and was given a jug - surely this is more wasteful?

"Zeer comfortabel hotel op doorreis naar het zuiden"

De kamer was zeer ruim en dankzij de airco heerlijk koel. Heerlijk bed met verschillende kussens. Fijn dat er een parkeergarage onder het hotel was voor maar 12 euro per nacht. Mooie patio om wat te drinken. De receptionist was bijzonder vriendelijk.
