Mercure Troyes Centre

Wir haben überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Alle waren sehr freundlich, die Lage ist Spitze, das Haus komfortabel und sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind angenehm groß und Hunde sind auch willkommen. Gerne wieder für einen Zwischenstopp.

Da gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen

The property was modern and clean in a good location - about a 10min walk from the old town. The breakfast was exceptional, such a variety that we couldn’t find fault. Parking was free on the street outside or in a secure car park below the hotel.

It was a shame that there wasn’t a fridge in our room. We could have done with some bottled water available in our room also. After our stay we saw a filtered water station outside the lift but unfortunately it wasn’t obvious. Also the little finishes in the bathroom were not there - cotton wool, hand soap and moisturiser etc.

Le personnel est très agréable, le lieu est chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est très bien et les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortable.

Pour ma part, j’ai juste une déception concernant la salle de bain que j’ai trouvé un peu petite.

Het meest beviel de beveiligde parkeergarage en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Uitstekend hotel voor bijv. een tussenstop en dan ook nog kunnen genieten van de mooie binnenstad.

Het bed kraakte en piepte bij iedere beweging. Dit beïnvloed nogal het slaapcomfort.

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage nähe Zentrum, Tiefgarage daneben, gut eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer.
