"Fun festive stay with welcoming staff. Rosy was amazing with housekeeping Thank you!"

Was beautiful experience exceptional decorations. Staff attire and interactions were very helpful and professional.

Only issue I had was the first room the tv was not connected. The front desk was extremely helpful switched me to a new room.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The tub had black stains in the no slip bottom. Needs scrubbing. Personally,I like the Zero products which were there except for the shower gel. The gel didn't have a pleasant scent.

Excellent overall … although we visit NY very often ( and I’m a native Long Islander) never stayed in Staten Island before. Will definitely return. Additional complements to the charming and welcoming woman who took care of us this morning in the breakfast dining room.

The location was convenient and the premises were very clean.

There was a wedding at the hotel that night and they placed us right below the reception facility so we had to listen to loud music until after midnight.
