"I’ll avoid this property in the future."

The location for our event was convenient.

The check in staff charged us for an early check in fee. We were 10 minutes early. I felt like a bargain hotel should have waived the fee for someone booking 2 rooms. The bed had a large sunken area on one side that made it impossible to sleep comfortably.
