"It was good and really bad. The location was good, but having our room given to someone else after"

The location was good.

We checked into our room, went to dinner and our room was given to another party. We were able to get another room. We.were upset about our room being to another person. We were fortunate that we did not leave our luggage in the room.

It was quiet.

Bed was horribly uncomfortable, could feel springs through the mattress, woke up sore! :( Floor was sticky in spots, bathtub had rust stains on the floor.

Comfortable bed; excellent shower.

An intermittently running toilet was disruptive to our sleep, as was the very loud in-room refrigerator. We also had to ask for towels, as there were only wash cloths and hand towels when we checked in.

"I did not realize that this place was dog friendly, heard a lot of barking in the hallways."

The room size was quite large.

No remote for the TV in the room, thankfully the front desk had an extra. There were no washcloths with the bathroom linens.

Location and price

Hallways were freezing. Game room area. Tub drain either was clogged, poor drainage, tub was like a bowl do you stood in ankle height water. Mattress was okay not very comfy.
