I kept hearing cars and trucks at all times

Truthfully the only two goods things about this hotel was the size of the room and the housekeeping team. The front desk staff are poorly trained and sometimes rude. I attempted to inquire about the dining options and the young man tending to the station did not speak English and was visibly confused. There was no one at the front desk to offer any clarity at the time so i left and came back. When i returned the person at the desk was unaware, poorly trained and offered to leave the desk to obtain info about the hotel dining. Not only have I worked in customer service but i also have worked for many hotels such as Marriott, Double tree and several others.Your front desk staff are the first people whom your guest encounter.
