Hilton Garden Inn BWI Airport

When booking the room for breakfast buffet I was expecting french toast, oatmeal, or waffles options. The hotel stopped serving french toast, waffle makers for waffles, no oatmeal indefinitely. The spa wasn't available. The hot tub was broken.Both elevators were out of order so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. The room was cleaned and staff was rude in the evening and the daytime staff appeared to be more laid back. I needed medicine and it wasn't available at the hotel store; it was understocked. I arrived on a Sat and by Tues when I left the elevators were restored and store was restocked.

The breakfast. Its my daughter favorite thing to do is make a waffle or eat a bagel with cream cheese and we were told the Hilton doesn't do that anymore. The muffins, bagels, and other bread option were stale. So toasting it should have made it better. It wasn't good. They didnt have jelly or cream cheese. There was butter and cereal. The oatmik and 1% were the options. So I didnt eat cereal. Eggs, potatoes, and bacon was the hot food. I was grateful for that.

Did not honor my reservation or late check-in communication- sent me to another hotel at 1 am.

Only 1 elevator in operation, and very slow.

The food at the restaurant was below average and the pool and jacuzzi were closed.
