Checked in to find someone else's pants hanging in the closet; was given another room but was unable to open the door to that room, went back to front desk and was given another room (3rd time); was able to get into room but room looked fairly clean but did not smell fresh...not one time did the front desk reception say "so sorry, etc." or offer any explanation for the room situation

"It was very restful, peaceful and comfortable."

The breakfast was very good. The cook made sue everything was fresh an available. The variety of the selections was also very good. The lady at the front desk went overboard in helping me to get checked in in spite of the fact that my room was booked for the wrong night. It was extremely difficult to talk with a live person from the 3rd party site that the room was reserved through. She worked with me for well over an hour to get the situation rectified; on occassion personally speaking with them on the phone in an effort to get the situation rectified on my behalf.

It would have been great to have a microwave in the room.

Good Hotel! very clean and right in the center of Havelock. The pricing is a bit higher than I like but it is ok.
