The front desk ladies were amazing! Very caring and professional.

The room was dirty. Bed covers had dog hair as if they were not changed. Floors were dirty as well.

cleanliness of one of the mattresses. while the mattress were very comfortable, great quality and comfort, one was slightly soiled.

"Room not ready "

Room it wasn't ready we wait an hour to get in. We got the key, and the room was dirty towels in the bathroom floor. However, the front desk ladies great service.
