Comfortable rooms , friendly staff

Room safes were almost all noop. No breakfast due to staffing problem. Should have been given a food voucher for a local restaurant. Stairway to get into the lobby. Very inconvenient when traveling with luggage

Decent hotel at a reasonable rate. One cosmetic improvement that is much needed is to simply clean the windows. My view would have been nice, but was like looking through a film of years old grime.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The only complaint is the man who checked us in told us the wrong way to get to our room. We were exhausted from the day and could barely manage to get around and to have to go the longer way was awful.
