Ковролин требует замены, либо более тщательной уборки. Номерной фонд на 10 Этаже старый.

Great location, across the road from Beijing railway Station and metro station. Staff friendly and helpful, including reserving our Tianmen Square tickets. Great breakfast selection. Good food and atmosphere in the restaurant. A bar to chill out after a long day, with happy hour

Personale cordiale e che parla inglese in maniera fluente. Ci hanno aiutato anche ad ordinare il cibo in camera con delivery, consegnato da un simpatico robottino. La colazione è ottima, variegata e molto ricca. Esperienza eccellente

Хорошее местоположение (подбирали под свои планы). Просторный номер. Хорошая звукоизоляция, или просто не было шумных соседей ;-). Приветливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Еда на любой вкус.

В один из дней, возвратившись из поездки по городу, увидали что в наше отсутствие нам сменили часы-будильник. У нас стояли часы со стрелками а заменили на часы с очень яркими индикаторами которые мешали спать. Причину замены часов вразумительно не объяснили, но в конце концов их просто убрали.

Очень удачное расположение, рядом с кольцевой линией метро. Достаточно большой и тихий номер, удобные матрасы и подушки , я великолепно отдыхала ночью после долгих дневных прогулок . Завтрак разнообразный , на мой вкус просто супер .

The location was close to the train station and wasn't too far to walk to some subway stations. The Chinese restaurant was very nice within the hotel, lots of choice and reasonable prices especially when including discount for staying at hotel. The happy hour on everything at the bar is good, 50% off coffees, drinks etc. Breakfast food wasn't anything special but there was lots of choice, but we only got it one morning which I was happy with as it was a lot cheaper to go to nearby McDonald's or Wagas. Nice setting where the breakfast was.

Cleaning staff woke me up nearly every morning as they had walkie-talkies that were loud and you could also hear them talking etc. This is really disappointing as it's probably the most basic part of staying at a hotel is having good sleep. The TV has a very limited selection of channels and most had really bad reception that it was hard to watch (see attached photo) Staff weren't overly friendly/helpful. Sometimes you go places where the staff would go out of their way to help you but we didn't feel that here. For example, we asked if there was somewhere we could wash clothes nearby as we had lots of clothes to wash from travelling and we hadn't seen anywhere and couldn't look up on Google because of Chinese bans re Google. The staff said about the hotel wash per item option but when we asked if there would be anywhere outside the hotel they just said no. Room was outdated looking which is a pity compared to the lovely lobby. We got a nice gift of Chinese foods when we checked out, but just a suggestion, we had to give it back as we were checking out to go to the airport and we weren't going to eat all the snacks at 11pm at night and wouldn't be able to bring them into our destination country. Would be better at check in. Couldn't use the hotel Wi-Fi at all because of the firewall in China. We had no issues like this when we were in Guangzhou last year. Hard to say what was different between these but just an FYI for people coming from outside China you may not be able to use wifi. We had a limited amount of data we had bought before arriving that we relied on.
