Days Inn by Wyndham Cedar Falls- University Plaza

The hotel didn't quite match the photos. They had baggage carts but no elevator. Stairs only. It was dirty. The bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, especially behind the door. The carpets were dirty, and I saw an earring back in the living area. Breakfast was just as questionable. There was butter but no bread or bagels or anything. Yogurt cups & dry cereal. With a gallon jug of milk that everyone handled and shared. Kinda gross. The lids didn't fit the coffee cups. Nothing else for breakfast. The personnel were friendly and kind.

This place is freaking disgusting. The floors and walls are covered in food and what looks like bodily fluids. The phone didn’t work. When looking for the remote to the television we discovered not only is there no remote, there’s no power cord to the tv. When I told the front desk they said: “yeah” and went about their business. When I tell you I was actually scared for my families safety, I’m not exaggerating. I stepped foot in our room and immediately looked for bed bugs. The “breakfast” is pathetic. Waffles, stale bread and half a box of cereal; half a gallon of rotten milk in the refrigerator; the juice dispenser spit out apple and orange flavored water. The floors are sloped and uneven, I almost tripped multiple times. There’s no elevator and the stairs are nasty. They claimed they had no extra pillows and handed me a wad of random sheets and blankets when I asked for more linens. The jankiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs.

I have been staying there the last 8 years in July. Just going down hill, dirty, air conditioning so loud and did not work properly. Crackheads in the morning screaming 0bsentities.
