Breakfast was aweful, only waffles and cereal and the waffle batter was empty, the whole place needed a deep clean

The staff was very accommodating. When there was something wrong, they tried to fix it or give you another room.

My first room, the TV did not work, I went to call the front desk, it didn't work. I went to the front desk, she came quickly but could not fix the TV. The phone was not plugged in. She switched me to another room. It looks like they might be in the process of redoing the rooms.

Horrible disgusting place! Carpet was stained, bugs in the room, tv did not work, air conditioner sounded like malfunctioning rattling jet engine and blew warm air, shower did not work, toilet was clogged, hair dryer did not work, mold growing in the bathroom, smelled awful! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!

There's nothing to like when it feels like a jail cell ,

Cleaning staff steals from people like there entitled , go into rooms when you leave speak no English, no clean towels, I found a used condom inside the blankets, so the blankets where not even changed and the water in the sink didn't go down, then I had a bed bug bite on me, and they have nothing for breakfast but stale cereal,and to lazy to make coffee,
