Days Inn by Wyndham Cedar Falls- University Plaza

Friendly and compassionate staff with excellent customer care. I do highly recommend Days Inn to anyone visiting Cedar Falls and are looking for a home far away from home.

The bed was fairly comfortable, and the location was good for us.

It was SO dirty. And no breakfast offered on weekdays, altho it was 'breakfast included' on Booking.com.

Easy check in quiet.

The heater is mounted on the ceiling. So despite it being at 85 f it was cool in the room. I am sure it is warm up on the ceiling.

Didn't mind anythin

Got snowed in and breakfast was none existing...the heater wasn't working and snow was falling, seemed like a bad movie.

This was the worse hotel I’ve stayed in. The fire alarm was not even hooked up, it was found in a drawer. The floors were disgusting, food crumbs all over the bathroom floor look liked they hadn’t been clean I a long time. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while hair all over the tub and the toilet seat was broken and not connected to the toilet. Only thing that looked clean was the beds

I did not go to the breakfast. I liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator. Bed was good. It is obviously an old hotel and it showed but it was clean.

Walls are not well insulated. Could hear the person next door on their phone.

I did not stay. I checked in then canceled right after because we had a dog. We requested a refund through the hotel and through booking.com. and have not been told if my request was accepted. We never even went to the room.
