I did not get my 50$ deposit back because I left doo doo in the toilet the hotel has horrible water pressure and the cleaning lady said it took 3 hours to clean I put the doo doo where it goes it’s not my fault their toilets suck. I don’t recommend

Nothing! Everything was wrong and totally RUINED our Anniversary! We even offered to pay the difference to be moved to a REGULAR room and found out we were paying MORE for a BROKEN handicapped room than the cost of an AVAILABLE KING room. NONE of the rooms have hot tubs like in the description and we were still charged for the FULL STAY of the booking although we HAD to stay the first night or loose that money anyway!

The room was handicap accessible/not double room w/ 1 queen bed, HOT TUB and PRIVATE BATH, & breakfast over at 9AM! A TOTAL DISASTER! The bed was a full size bed. It was shaking with every turn throughout the night. Upon checking the following morning- seen the bed was on a piece of wood. The attendant said they weren’t aware the bed was broken (didn’t let them know we took pics) just allowed them to continue LYING! The toilet was BROKEN. When you sat down it felt like you were going to fall due to it being loose and shaking. There was no hot tub at all. Booking.com was blaming the hotel & the hotel was blaming Booking.com but NOONE cared that it was our Anniversary and all we wanted was a comfortable room and to NOT have to stay in the handicap room that was extremely uncomfortable because everything was sitting low (unaware of bed issue and toilet problem) until AFTER we went to the room because they were not willing to accommodate us with another room even after offering to pay more to move. We had just had an hour massage after driving 2 hours to enjoy this PRE PLANNED ANNIVERSARY TRIP. We ended up checking out the next morning after the first night stay and going back home. We didn’t spend our Anniversary away from home but in our own bedroom! My dinner reservation was canceled at the restaurant on the River. The concert (Jeezy) we were going to was canceled because we had no where to stay. We woke up in so much pain that lasted for 2 more days later because the bed was so shaky and dipped in the middle. Even asking the staff to come see for themselves, they REFUSED and just Played Us! I waited OVER AN HOUR on HOLD to wait for a Rep. to pick up the phone from Booking.com only to be told that they can only print what the hotel approves so the hotel is responsible for accommodating us. The hotel said that the reservation app is responsible for accommodations because they misrepresented the room details on their site.

Switched my king booking to a double full size bed

Staff was friendly place was clean

I was given the closest room to a meeting conference room with a group with a microphone and speaker and festivities and the hotel was not sold out. It is your least desirable room. It shouldn’t be given out unless it’s the last room available.

I liked how clen the room was, I would smell the cleaner time I walked in the room.

I didn't like that the furniture was scratched and they just painted over the spots but over all it was good
