The hotel didn’t come close to the presentation that was displayed on line. Upon arrival I had to sit in the lobby and wait for someone to come to the front desk for 20min. The pool was filthy, dirt and leaves. They requested I pay an additional $100/rm deposit/ 2rms that I’m yet to receive back. Door key didn’t work, door knob broken. Must say that the breakfast was exceptionally good.
Property it’s ok. The bed was ok. The area is good. But my room was not ok. Dirty shower, clogged up sink, men under garment in the cabinet closet. Poor lighting. Not good enough for the price in this area.

USSome of the furniture in the room was broken. Could not get the TV to work, the remote was sticky. It said there was a kid pool, an arcade, an exercise room, there was none of this. My room said that there was a shower tub combo. It was just a stand-up shower. On all 3 floors, none of the icemaker worked. There was no hot breakfast. The muffin was stale. The cereal was stale. I went down at 7 o’clock for breakfast with my grandson. It was terrible. I asked for water they didn’t have any. I would definitely recommend finding someplace else to stay. The bed spread had stains all over it. Ann Ann was not neatly made.
