Hotel H12

Excellent location very close to the main square in the Old Town. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the main square. Check in was very smooth and reception staff were polite, efficient, informative and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The bathroom was clean with an efficient shower. The towels were a bit on the small size but just a small issue. Housekeeping was efficient and unintrusive. The breakfast room was clean and the staff ensured that tables were cleared as soon as guests had finished. There was plenty of choice and all the food was well presented and tasty. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Krakow.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Posizione perfetta, centrale a 300 metri dalla piazza principale di Cracovia, colazione ottima Personale gentile Stanza spaziosa, calda e pulita.

Great hotel, close to the Christmas market and many other attractions in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again if ever visiting the city.

Great location minutes from the Old Town and short walk to Krakow main station for easy transfer from the airport.

Very good position excellent staff the only downside was if you opened the windows on the street side there was people all night making noise

This was the nicest hotel breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. There was even champagne for the mimosas. The staff was excellent.

Wonderful boutique hotel with 20 rooms in an excellent part of the city located near all the restaurants in the world - staff provided extra pillows and arranged a staff driver to take us to the airport at 4:30 - very helpful
