Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall

Veronica in the breakfast area and Christian at the front desk were both wonderful and helpful! They both above their job descriptions to make our stay very comfortable during a cold winter snow storm.

It was a nice quiet place to stay that is convenient to everything. I mostly interacted with Daryl, the night time desk clerk. He was very kind and had a welcoming smile as I came and went. I will definitely stay here again.

I turned up at the Residence after being told upon arrival that my reservation for the nearby Renaissance was not valid. I was more than pleased that a room was found and I could stay for 4 nights. The staff at the Residence were brilliant - helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was ok and provided sustenance for the morning. The room was comfortable but could do with a refurb in places. The room was clean and room service was efficient. The gym was more than adequate for the size of the hotel. Parling was never a problem although the hotel was nearly full. I would certainly stay here again if in the Schaumberg area.

Mr. Kent at the front desk went out of his way to make my check in experience a very pleasant experience. I commend him for that
