Darrell at the front desk was so welcoming! The hotel is conveniently located, well equipped, and has the nicest staff!

This is a great hotel for a long stay. Been here 13 weeks due to fire. Everyone is helpful and kind especially the front desk man Daryl. He goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Always gives us what we need with a smile on his face even when he’s super busy on weekends. Always greets everyone when they enter and tells them to have a good day when they leave They have good breakfasts. The hotel is always very clean. My family loves the lemonade and flavored water service. The cookies are a special treat as well as the candy and trail mix jars. I’d prefer trail mix a little more often

What a great place to stay. The facility was clean and comfortable. The breakfast fresh. The staff was awesome. A special compliment to Darryl Watson for the warm greeting (and continual positive attitude) after a not so fun day of travel. I will definitely be staying here on future trips Keep up the good work

Close to convention center and mall

My reservation was relocated to another hotel “due to circumstances beyond their control.” We were moved to Spinghill Suites, a lower price point and even lower quality of facilities. My original rate was “honored” but my rate did not match the quality I originally paid for.

Apologies for the extensive delay as it took almost a year to have data recovered off a failed hard drive. We checked in here on September 18, 2024 and checked out on September 21, 2024. We were traveling with our blind special needs son. The staff could not have been kinder to our son on this trip. He likes to talk to you and they were more than happy to talk to him. We got a one-bedroom room with a pull-out couch bed. The room was spacious and clean. We noticed that there was only one bathroom, and it was attached to the bedroom. This meant our son would have to come into the bedroom to go to the bathroom. I went to the front desk and talked to the day manager Brittany, who was understanding, friendly and helpful. I asked if we could upgrade to a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom room. She told me that they were booked for the night, but she had openings the next day. She would inform housekeeping that as soon as a 2-bedroom room opened up and get them to clean the room right away and get us moved. I thank her and we went about the rest of our day. When we came down for breakfast on the 19th Brittany spotted us and told us that housekeeping was preparing our new room for us at the moment. We had breakfast (which is included free with the stay) and changed rooms. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Our second room was just as clean and comfortable as the first one was. We all got a good night's sleep each night. We had an excellent experience and will stay here again.

A bit outdated interior, but very friendly staff and pretty clean property. Comfortable beds.

I was there for a family trip and the hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.
