Convenient, good value, Plenty of parking, Easy access to freeways, full-size refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. Staff provide you with dishes, utensils, and pots/pans upon request.

Wasn’t able to use the side door access at times due to key port not working. Let staff know & it was fixed right away. 😄

Some bad experiences: Water cover outside my windows? Water dipping from a/c or vent. A/c and heater broken. Constant water dipping from bath faucet. No bathtub stopper. No one wants to take bath with rusted. You have to see for yourself. The room I requested was not “waiting for me”, I selected the best of the 3 Queen studio rooms that was left. As Manager “this hotel is not suitable for you if you don’t like any of these 3 room”, or words in same meaning. I was ready to Rest after long drive when I walk to the hotel front desk to check-in. It is time someone improve these situations.

The customer service is great Desiree baluyut is always smiling and helpful . makes us feel welcome everytime . We been staying for over 2 months. Thank you .
