Willow Grove Inn by IHG

I stay here quite a bit as it's near my sister's house. But I have to say, this stay I was disappointed. We found blood on the curtains, the room smelled musty and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I stayed across the hall during my last visit and that room was totally fine. We did report to the desk, but nothing was done about it. It won't stop me from returning, but just disappointed overall.

The room was spacious, with a separate sitting area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave, which came in handy during my stay. the walls are a bit thin, I could hear some noise from the hallway. Nothing major, but worth mentioning if you’re a light sleeper. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and just off the highway. I’d recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely stay again!

We didn't stay rooms were supposed to be cancancelled

Communication with booking.com and hotel there was miscommunication. Rooms were supposed to be cancelled per first agent then second agent said we could only cancel one night. Phone calls were made one hour apart. Amenities were out for the hotel we have small children we needed a pool for them.

3 hour wait to check in Smoke smells everywhere Staff steaked out in cars near the entrance Mold in bathroom Shower not working Toilet not secured to floor No cleaning or beds made, nor new towels

My truck was stolen from the parking lot and I was not compensated in no kind of way. I even had to pay for police towing when my truck was recovered
