Marriott should be ashamed of themselves with this property. It is dirty and in need of renovation badly. Beds are so soft when sitting on them we sank to the box spring. Mattresses had no pad, just the fitted sheet. Carpeting stained throughout room as were the box spring covering. Pool used as storage area. I would stay away from this property!

Thermostat in room was broken - no big deal. The tub/shower was one of the slipperiest/narrowest things ever - I’m amazed people don’t die daily in these - massive safety issue there. Room size was good - nice rooms, hotel is in good shape - a tiny bit dated.

The breakfast was nice and better than other Springhill Suites I have stayed in.

The room cleanliness was lacking. I was only there one night so wasn't looking to change or anything. The room had not been vacuumed and the extra blanket set for the pull out had a dead bug in the bag. Otherwise it was a budget space. The beds were not the greatest but workable.

How dirty the place looked outside and in the lobby. The check in lady was very rude no customer service experience and she should probably be retrained.
