Willow Grove Inn by IHG

This hotel does not value guests. Stayed for 13 days, only received housekeeping once. Requested one day and was told it would be the next day. Checked in and bed was soaked with stains on comforter. Solution switch rooms. Couldn’t connect to the internet, solution switch rooms, still didn’t work, switched rooms again. Had an issue that required maintenance, they leave at 3 and aren’t there on the weekend. Breakfast staff are miserable and in the way. Ceiling in the dining area peeling. Bathroom layout crazy. Grab bar by the toilet making it useless.toilet paper across the room and difficult to reach. Employees parking by entrance even though it says ten minute parking. Pure laziness. Hotel also runs credit cards at night for no reason after I gave a card for that purpose and the room was paid for with points. I understand why the rates are typically lower. However, last week one Thursday and Friday they wanted $499. Went elsewhere.

We arrived late and left early, so efficiently and cleanliness were all we needed and this hotel fit the bill. Breakfast was good and everyone was nice to us.

I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was—spacious, well-furnished, and with all the amenities I needed.

It’s an old facility, so don’t expect anything excellent. Very specious, if you have families. It’s clean, don’t expect a Marriott. Good breakfast and the price is reasonable.

Comfortable bed. Who really needs more. Beyond that, the construction was cheap, carpet was frayed, there were no modesty curtains, just the blackouts, there were no outlets convenient to the bed (!!), it was a "suite" in that the room was big and there was a sofa bed, but the sofa bed stared at the kitchenette (??). You had to reach a mile for the toilet paper. The Cheerios were quite good, at least.

Gym wasn't great, staff were excellent and breakfast above average at this price point. Convenient location. Will stay again in the future!

Check-in was easy and stress free. Our room was ready, as expected. Room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We were able to extend our stay for another night without having to change rooms.
