Willow Grove Inn by IHG

The hotel was conveniently placed near the highway. The breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold food and plentiful.

I was very disappointed because I used to believe in the Marriott brand. This hotel has been forgotten. It is old and tired. The carpets were old and stained, the wall paint peeling, the drapes stained and musty. The happy and our room had a terrible musty smell. The sink was cracked. When I complained the next morning the desk staff simply have me a card so I could email a manager. He could not have cared less that my experience was awful. When I woke up there were spiders crawling up the curtain near my head! (Picture below)

I booked the stay for 3 nights due to a family member getting surgery at a nearby hospital. I needed to extend the stay for 3 more days and we were accommodated. The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable. It is an enjoyable experience under the circumstances.

It was outdated and the smell of the room was unpleasant. Box spring had stains on both beds and wall paper was peeling on the walls.

It was cool and good location

Is in a quote area. Good breakfast

Hallway smelled of cat pee and spray . Room was dirty run down , sketchy people around the hotel also room service entered my room at 8 in the morning when checkout is at 12:00 pm.

I like the area

The hotel was comfortable, clean well decorated, and the staff was very friendly. The full breakfast was very nice.

I have no complaints
