Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa Near Naples

Was a great, all around experience. Comfortable room with a beautiful view. Amenities were top notch. Looking forward to visiting next year.

We travel often and this was the first trip we’ve taken with our 3 children and I have never felt more taken care of than at Coconut Point. Traveling with young children can be challenging, but the staff were impeccable from check in to check out. The woman who checked us in was patient and kind. Tanya checked us out and as I understand she was in training- but amazing. She talked with my kids while we waited for my husband to pull the car around and walked us out to our car at 4am. We never once had to open a door the entire stay. The bell hop, I’m so sorry but I forget his name but he is from Istanbul, Turkey was so genuine and kind with all of our bags. The crib we ordered wasn’t in our room and I went down to ask about it, and it was soon promptly brought, MADE (a rarity these days) with clean sheets and baby soap- that extra touch made us feel like we were in the right place. I walked the grounds with my 5 year old and 3 year old and a grounds man asked to take our photo in front of the tree- something as a mom I’m rarely in. Each staff member engaged with our kids and in the US, it is very common to feel as though traveling with kids is a burden on the place we are staying, but the resort made us feel quite the opposite and we will 100% be returning.

Really nice hotel, great location, great service and amenities. The room was well maintained, view was beautiful. Lovely grounds.

The front desk staff (Caroline) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and kept very clean during out stay. The staff at the water park was great. They kept things relaxed, fun, and safe. We felt so comfortable and at home there right away.

I just returned from a meeting at this hotel and I was very impressed with the facilities and staff. The meeting rooms were comfortable and food at the breaks was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful from checkin and through out our stay. Although we did use all of the pools and other facilities, those areas that we did see were beautifully landscaped. The rooms were fairly standard but clean and well maintained. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated how well the hotel seemed to be run!

What a wonderful 4 nights we had at this wonderful resort! It started at checkin where Emily and Amara bent over backwards to give us some extra space (a full living room suite with a pullout couch and balcony) for as long as they possibly could (3 out of 4 nights) as well as a comfortable 2 queen room with a great view of the resort and bay in the distance. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast each morning (a very generous globalist benefit) as well as lunch and drinks at Corkscrew, which were always excellent. Our boys (13 and 15) loved getting snacks at Coffee bean and doing the “hole 19 challenge” where you get a bucket of balls for $25 and try to hit a green in the middle of the lake. We all enjoyed the entertaining ride to the beach (free) although we didn’t stay very long because the water was surprisingly cold and, as others have said, there is no food for sale. But mostly we loved going from pool to pool, floating down the lazy river or playing cornhole or other games on the giant turf. The boys did the 9 hole option at Saltleaf next door which was a beautiful course and reasonable at $59 pp. There are lots of rules to be aware of: no under 17s in the hot tub, guests must wear wristbands at the pools, no outside food or beverages and no holding chairs with towels. That said, it is a respectful crowd and most followed these rules but they weren’t militantly enforced, or really at all enforced. We appreciated this as out boys were desperate to try the hot tub, none of us liked wearing the wristbands and after several formal dinners, we wanted to have take out by the pool on the last night. We certainly hope to be back again soon as this resort is a fantastic experience and value, especially on points!

We had a great time! I think the most surprising thing was how much there was to do on-site. Maybe that’s because we were there for a holiday weekend but my kids were getting face paint, balloon animals, playing organized dodgeball, etc. every day it seemed. There was a magic show one night. Also it felt very comfortable there. Staff was all friendly and there were so many little hideaway areas to do something with the family. We loved the boat to the beach and did that and the waterslides every day.

Edit my review, the Hyatt customer service offered us many times free compensations, but my responses were no to them and I kept waiting to find out the responses from the hotel management who Siji finally got in touch with us, he was very polite, professional, and offered us the compensation that I only accepted from him for many reason without asking to edit my reviews who was only looking to make us satisfied and that was the only reason why I changed my mind. Thanks to him and whoever directed him to do that. Q

Always enjoy my stays here. I find the staff welcoming, the amenities top notch, and find it a good value. I've stayed here numerous times over the years and will continue to return.

I am writing to formally complain about a very frustrating experience involving the purchase and use of Free Spirit points. I originally had 4,600 points and attempted to use them to purchase tickets. The system indicated that my points were insufficient, so I purchased 21,000 additional points for $580 using my credit card, expecting to use them immediately for ticket booking. However, despite trying more than 20 times, the website did not allow me to use my points to purchase tickets. I repeatedly encountered system issues with no option to complete the booking using points. I then contacted Spirit customer service. Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to get help. I spent from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. calling and chatting, and most agents only asked me to wait repeatedly without resolving the issue. Eventually, one agent assisted me in booking a ticket using my points. At that time, I believed I was booking two tickets, but later discovered it was only one ticket. The total value I spent was equivalent to nearly double the price, especially considering I purchased a comparable ticket from another airline for only $300. When I realized the mistake, I immediately tried to contact Spirit again to cancel or resolve the issue. However, I was unable to get any meaningful response. My calls were not answered, chats were ignored, and I was continuously asked to wait without any resolution. This experience resulted in: A forced purchase of expensive points due to system failure Excessive time spent attempting to contact customer service Being charged significantly more for one ticket than market value No reasonable opportunity to cancel or correct the issue I respectfully request that Spirit review this case and provide a fair resolution, such as a refund, credit, or other appropriate compensation. DON"T Choose Spirit Airline!!!!
