Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa Near Naples

Great place for our family vacation. There were 20 of us in all and we all had a great stay. Lots of fun had by all! Loved the slides, pools and the food was great.

We had such an amazing stay at the Hyatt—honestly, Hyatt continues to impress me every time we visit one of their resorts. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The attention to detail in the design is incredible—everything from the landscaping and planters to the fountains, flooring, and overall layout feels thoughtfully done and beautiful. The pool area exceeded our expectations, especially the waterslides and lazy river. While my boys (ages 10 and 14) didn’t spend as much time on the slides as I expected, they were definitely large enough for teens. The resort seemed to have more younger children, but there was still plenty for all ages to enjoy. My husband and I especially loved the lazy river—we could have stayed on it all day! One of the highlights of our trip was the ferry ride to the private beach. It was absolutely beautiful, and once there, everything was perfectly set up—plenty of chairs and umbrellas, along with very clean bathroom facilities. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring food and drinks so we can stay longer, because we didn’t want to leave. Another unexpected favorite was the small fishing pond on the property—my boys spent a lot of time there and loved it. Service throughout the resort was excellent. We really appreciated the food and drink service right from our lounge chairs—just raise the flag and someone comes by, which is such a great touch. My husband and I also enjoyed some relaxing time at the adults-only pool while the kids explored and made friends. We also had some fantastic meals off-property, including at Angelina’s Ristorante and Chops City Grill, both of which are definitely worth visiting. Overall, it was a wonderful trip for our family, and we were truly sad to leave. We’ll absolutely be back!

We came here last Saturday for just one night. It was our second time at this resort. Last time it was OK and this time it was disappointing. The resort is beautiful, typical of southwest Florida style. Valet guys were very welcoming, unfortunately the front desk ladies weren't so. There was no recognition of globalist status whatsoever, let alone explaining of any globalist benefit. We were a bit early and waited about two hours to get into the room. No upgrade on my room which was expected since they were sold out, but the room location couldn't be worse and the walls were paper thin. We heard the screaming next doors and from the hallway. The king bed has 3 pillows only, bathroom has 1 hand towel, none of that make sense to me. We had dinner at Tarpon Bay, service was very good, wine list was terrible, food was ok. Overall it was convenient being just at the resort. We didn't try breakfast at Tanglewood because remember how chaotic it was during our last visit. The resort has a private beach which you have to reserve ferry rides to get to. So if you plan to go to the beach, book the ferry as soon as you can, otherwise you might be out of luck. Family with kids would likely love it here. Sadly, our kids are grown, and this place doesn't suite our needs. We won't be back.

Just visited a few days before Easter. This hotel is amazingly beautiful and the private beach is wonderful. Felt nickeled and dimed and this is a family hotel. It’s a very expensive nightly rate so don’t need to charge excessively for everything else. The breakfast is very expensive-$44 a person with tip. S’more kit is $24. Drinks are as expected and very good. Kids meal are $10 so that was appreciated. The private beach needs an advance reserved ferry ride when we checked in it was completely booked for the next day and only 1 spot available for the day we checked in so we took it. Thank goodness we checked in early as last ride of day is mid afternoon and last ferry back is 4:30 pm. The beach is why we chose this hotel and would have been majorly disappointed if we didn’t get to go. The pool bars and pool restaurant closes at 5pm which makes no sense. The rooms with a balcony are very nice. Chair saving is rampant at this hotel and there are signs saying they will remove items after an hour and they do not enforce it. Bracelets are also not enforced. Someone on the ferry from condo complex was talking about how they just go to the Hyatt for a swim. Both days we never got a chair at pool. I would return but never on a school break week as just way too busy. Front desk staff and ferry staff are exceptional.

We just arrived and while the hotel is clean and beautiful, we are unbelievably disappointed so far. This is not a resort for couples at all. We have older children - 20’s and loved our time when they were little. There is nowhere to go for an adult. The hotel does not keep children out of the adult pool or hot tub. We would be fine if we could at least have peace there. So, we thought to take the ferry to the beach, but it is booked through Tuesday. It is Sunday. We were hoping for a relaxing getaway. It does not appear this is an option at this hotel. Unfortunate!

Staff is first class, service top notch. Rooms and facility well maintained and upscale. Plenty to do on the property. Prices of food and drink align are high, but are typical at this level

As an event professional in the hospitality industry, our teams travel to many hotels multiple times a year. I can confidently say this hotel staff went above and beyond in ensuring our team, clients and attendees had a successful event. The rooms were beautiful, the onsite restaurants were delicious, the banquet staff went above and beyond and our stay here was truly enjoyable. I can't thank the whole staff enough for all the work that was put into ensuring the success of our event and making our team feel like we were all a part of the greater team. This hotel + staff is one of a kind in the best way and I hope everyone traveling to Bonita Springs chooses to host an event here (or just stay here in general).

Beautiful hotel and amenities, we enjoyed the pool and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and very helpful when we had questions.

Amazing two night stay at the Hyatt Coconut Point. We booked this trip to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday. Hotel is gorgeous and immaculate. Pools are dreamy. We had a hiccup the first night and Kerry went above and beyond to make it right. The service at the hotel is wonderful -- we especially loved Chrstine in the restaurant who waited on us two mornings in a row. She remembered our orders and was so friendly. The gentleman at the omlette station was also so warm and kind. The hotel was sold out both nights but never felt crowded. Unlike other resorts, there is no pool chair game here -- we always found seating.
