Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa Near Naples

Beautiful place and extremely friendly and welcoming staff!! The views from the bathroom and room were breathtaking. The bed was great and very comfortable. Spacious room with balcony and big screen tv. Then there’s the food that was a whole new level of quality and flavors. Amazing experience all around.

The property was charming and beautiful. The private beach felt relaxing with amazing weather. The early check in and upgrade were non existent. Got into the room after 4pm when arriving at the hotel at 1145am. Even though you can hang iut in the pool area the towels can be obtained behind glass secured doors that can only be accessed through with the key that u you don't have yet. Customer service could be better but the hotel location was beautiful.

Very nice and cozy place to relax, the front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the tour to the private island that was pretty nice to visit. I will definitely recommend and revisit again.

We love this resort and have come to celebrate our very special occasions in our life. This was our 3rd trip here and it's still as amazing as ever. A few bumps getting checked in but nothing that would ruin the trip. We never left the property as there are so many things and restaurant options right on property. The many pools are fantastic. The lazy river is nice but they need to enforce young people from throwing footballs in the lazy river...it was a bit scary to have people chucking a ball at your face while you are trying to relax and enjoy the amazing amenities offered. A hotel staff going around the pool and telling them to stop the rough play would have been nice to see. Food from whatever restaurant was great and really great drinks. The weddings that took place there during out stay where beautiful and fun to watch from above on our balcony. We'll be back again one day to celebrate something else

This is my favorite property in the world. I go five or six times a year with my wife and kids. The customer service is superb, the amount of activities available for my kids is amazing. We love the boat to the island, the water slides and the lazy river, the big green space. The food at corkscrew is great the breakfast at Tanglewood is amazing. Just an amazing place. Shoutout to Orhan, Doug, and Jackson, they consistently make my stay wonderful.

The resort was wonderful and only outdone by the fabulous staff!!! Carrie at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic!! We had a problem with one of our rooms being unconfirmed, yet she found us a room each night of our stay and went out of her way to check on us and make sure everything was good during our visit. The food at the resort was great and the private beach and boat ride was exceptional. The construction next door did not at all disturb our stay and the pool and drinks were top notch!!!

Coconut Point offers a first-class experience, with exceptional staff and outstanding cuisine. The team welcomes guests with professionalism, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. The balcony views were breathtaking, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. An upgrade to the Bay Suite elevated the stay to an exceptional level. This is truly a remarkable resort.

Not our first stay and wont be our last. The property is gorgeous. Activities for everyone. My sons are 9 and 12. They loved all the pools
