An incredible family resort. We absolutely loved it. They have thought of all the things. We loved that they didn't tack on extra fees for activities. Our kids especially loved the complimentary boat out to the island and we loved that chairs and umbrellas were set up for us. Easiest beach day ever. We will be returning for sure.

This place is AMAZING. We spent our anniversary here. The experience was top notch from the moment we pulled up to the point we sadly pulled away. I have stayed at Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf-Astoria hotels. This hotel was in line with both of them, if not better. The best part was the friendliness of the staff. That is what truly makes a stay. NOTE: take the boat ride to the private beach. It is worth it.

From a HOSPITALITY stand point, there is none! I have gone here before with a group and got the cabana at a reasonable price. My husband wanted to Surprise me for Mothers day with one for the whole family. It was 3x the price from what we have paid for in the past. He only just shared this with me when we finally discussed what a let down it was, since I didn't want to hurt his feeling. Mothers day! We checked in with 2 employees didn't say a word, then our server, still nothing. When you price gouge for the occasion one would expect something for the Mom, right? Wishes, flowers, free lunch, drink something to mark the occasion at a resort and spa for $700 for a cabana. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was like any other day, now I am Happy my family was with me, but there was 0 hospitality at this place. We had more when we went with a group of friends. So I didn't really feel special here at all. Not only that but roping off the cabana did nothing for the amount of people that cut through our space repeatedly and even had teens playing football, kept kicking them out. Upon returning to our cabana many times people were there. This day was equivalent to being on the regular lounge chairs, not kidding. And I didn't want to complain, but know how to treat your guests on a special occasion. We won't be back for a while. They need there staff to take some courses and up the customer service experience, because this was lacking 95%! ( And yes I realize we could have pre-ordered food, but with price being what it was, thought something special would have been in place.)

Great experience as always, 5+ visits so far and we will go back. Fun for the entire family for various activities and amenities that are available. Helpful staff, great service, rooms, and the many swimming pools. lazy river and slides.

Would never go back again. Bees were horrible and pillows were even worse. Arrived at 4:30 and our room was still not ready.

Room was outdated with dirty floors and loose floor tiles in bath, never dusted, and could use updating. Did not get room requested and had to wait 2 hours for the correct room.

The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point does a fantastic job of keeping this property in top condition. I love staying here for both business and pleasure. Great boutique sized property for our conference and so family friendly with multiple pools, lazy river, activities. Had a wonderful pedicure with Suri. She was warm and friendly and I felt she really cared about giving me an excellent experience and that makes all the difference.

Beautiful property with amazing grounds and landscapes. The boat to go to the beach is a very cool touch and easy to hop on and off. The pools are very nice and the comfort of the room up to the Hyatt's standards. Awesome time.
