Love this place. Everything about our stay was top notch. Great people, nice location, good food, what more can you ask for?

Adjoining rooms are paper thin, bring ur own pillows bc the ones provided are a joke and if u like to sleep past 7:30am this is not the place

When it's a person of ONE, why was I charged 20% for a Lg party? The bar bill shows a party of 6, but I ordered and served drinks to my guests outside.

Perfect family get away for MDW! Pools were great for our 6 & 4 year old. We took advantage of the half day Camp Hyatt offering and were able to sit at the adult only pool for a few hours. Our girls had a great time with the kids club. We enjoyed the boat ride to and from the beach as well. There are multiple dining options on site. We preferred to Uber out for dinner or have food delivered (plenty of places to enjoy take out). This is a solid option for younger families if you want a smaller, quieter resort. A minor hiccup are the elevators. There tends to be a line at peak times or they stop on every floor even though they are full.

Wonderful & Relaxing Experience! Our room had a beautiful view , everything super clean , pools to choose from & our cabana had a tv , couch & fridge ! Loved our breakfast choices & food was delicious! We had GAIL for our concierge … & her customer service is on another level ! GAIL made sure we had everything we needed , suggested restaurants , things to do & treated us like Family! GAIL is the Best concierge I have ever met !!!! Her warmth makes you feel like you knew her your whole life & introduced us to people that are a core part of the team .. She made sure that we enjoyed our stay & she even got us into a new restaurant that is hard to get reservations for . We received Excellent Customer Service ! I would give GAIL 1,000 stars if I could !!!! EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Maisy made the best lattes & has great energy! Also had a tasty Grouper sandwich for lunch from the grill outdoors & yummy mocktails. Jaden was super nice & helpful . GAIL & the team were Amazing & we will definitely stay there again ! You can also venture out for close by shopping & check out the new restaurant Aqua Bistecca.. for a great dining experience! I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa for your next escape !

This hotel makes no effort to assist Hyatt Globalist members, and when you complain all you get are excuses for poor treatment. There is a major flaw with the front desk management and staff. When I attempted to check in at 3pm (I had previously requested an early check-in), I was told there were rooms available as an upgrade including one with a balcony, but they were not cleaned. Rather than wait, I requested a clean room in the category I booked. Instead of providing a room that I booked I was placed on the lowest floor, with no view, and with a tub/shower combination (which is not what I booked). When I complained to management, I received excuses for the poor experience, which was wholly inconsistent with what I had been told by the original person who checked me in, and inconsistent with hotel policy. Following my first interaction with management, I was moved later in the evening to the same exact room on the 6th floor. Accordingly, despite the poor treatment I had already received, I was rewarded with the same room type and no upgrade and I was told this time that they were keeping me in the same room because it was a better view than providing a view with a full balcony or a corner room. Following the wonderful service, I went down to eat at the restaurant. After waiting quite a bit of time for a server because we were told only one server was working, we left to eat at the bar. I am hoping that tomorrow will be a better day at this subpar hotel.

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views. Lots of activities for the young and old alike. Tanglewood buffet breakfast was excellent. Karrie who checked us in was a wonderful representative of the Hyatt brand. As a Globalist, our upgrade to a huge suite was appreciated.

A Home Away From Home on Estero Bay! I am continuing an extended stay at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa. From the moment you pull up to the property, you can tell this place is something special beautifully maintained grounds, sweeping views of Estero Bay, and a sense of calm that hits you the second you walk into the lobby. The pools are a destination unto themselves. Whether you want the lazy river, a quiet adult’s area, or a lively family pool with slides, it's all here and meticulously kept. Sunsets over the bay are unreal, and the private beach (a quick shuttle ride away) gives you that pristine Gulf Coast experience without the crowds. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the people. This is what elevates and will be unforgettable for me. The ENTIRE team here treats you like family not the corporate version of that phrase, the real one. Every department, from front desk to housekeeping to the bar/restaurants to the pool staff, brought genuine warmth every single day. The genuine warmth and hospitality that I continue to receive is rare anywhere in the industry, let alone over a long stay in a very busy hotel. The property itself delivers on every front: rooms are spacious and well-appointed, dining options are excellent, the spa is a true escape, and every detail is considered. Whether you're here for a weekend or, like me, much longer, you'll leave already planning your return. Cannot recommend this resort highly enough. Five stars in every category.

Great hotel and staff. Room service and request was taken care very well. Breakfast buffet item could have been better. Bathroom would need more update and water pressure could have been better. Unfortunately, my room did not have a good view
