Bathroom floor smelled sour, otherwise everything else was clean. The key cards didn’t work half of the time, luckily we had two. The hot tub was not working and was covered up with wood and a rug and the pool was too cold to swim in.

I booked the trip specifically for my daughters birthday, she chose the hotel from several choices by looking at their pool and their amenities. We checked in a little before 3, and the staff had closed the pool down before 7pm. Did not re-open the next morning either. So, I had a room full of kids and no pool. Ruined the party. Not to mention the room was dirty. I completely decorated one room and then had to tear everything down because one of the tvs didnt work and so then I had to switch rooms. It was just not a good experience at all and the customer service was truly awful.
