Dirty room roaches crawling everywhere staff unpleasant

Didn't get bed bugs, and the receptionist was nice

Literally didn’t even have toilet paper, the counters were sticky, there were someone else’s sticky notes everywhere. It was obviously not clean. Just go someone else and save your money. Literally had to step over trash at the front doors because no one emptied their trash at their entrance door.

The assistant Manager T is never at the desk unless corporate is there. She goes into people rooms without permission and sleep with her staff.She smokes her whole shift and is always on the phone. Sierra sleeps with the guest at night when her job is to be t the front desk. She’ll give out your information to anyone. The location is a greatly placed but these people are reckless. Yes? I have proof. There is only one Phenomenal housekeeper there but you gotta catch her in the mornings.

TACKY and DIRTY!!! I arrived at the hotel around 1:30. I knew check in wasn't until 3:00 but I had a formal event that same evening and wanted to see if a rom was available earlier. Instead of telling me the room wasn't ready they checked me into a DIRTY room! The floors were dirty the bathroom was DISGUSTING! There were poop stains in the toilet, the light was broken, trash on the floor in the living room area, just terrible! i went downstairs and asked for a new room or that one to be cleaned. This is when the manager told me I got a dirty room because I checked in early. Is this their policy?????? I'm told the only rooms available were not the same category and because its the weekend, the system would not refund me the difference. So they sent someone to "clean" the room and fix the light. No one vaccumed. The trash was swept up, light fixed toilet cleaned and they sprayed this aweful air freshner to try to hide the musty smell in the room. There is a sofa bed in the room that we were planning to use. I asked the ladies cleaning the room where the linens for the sofa bed were. I was told to go downstairs for them. I went to the front desk and was told by the manager that people dont use the soafa bed as a bed so when they want to use it they bring thir own linens. I asked her where on the website was this written? She never answered that but told me to wait a minute and she'd get me some. There were also no hangers in the room so back down to the lobby I went again to get hangers. The furniture in the room was ripped, there was a bug crawling on the wall in the room, the carpets were stained. If I didn't have an event to get ready for that evening I would have changed hotels. What I did was buy some cleaning product and clean the room myself. The staff did the best they could I guess with what they were working with. But this hotel needs A LOT of help. I own a travel business and would NEVER recommend this hotel or stay in it again.

Floors and bathtub was were dirty and the room was stinky, but otherwise an OK stay. Helpful staff. Nice linens and bedding and better lighting than most hotels. Kitchen items available at front desk to use in the mini kitchen. Grab-and-go breakfast was very minimal. Affordable and good location for driving to sites around Savannah.
