Extended Stay America Suites - Savannah - Midtown

Smells like urine, had roaches, bed buds, ants, and a soggy carpet. Also had zero ammenieities listed and unsafe furnishings and fixtures

Pure filth!!!!! For $130 for 1 night please look at the pics and see what I got. This should be a $50 night hotel and that's being generous!!

Booked a room through a booking site. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available. A week later, I was charged for not cancelling — even though there was nothing to cancel! After disputing the charge with my credit card company, the hotel had the audacity to claim the charge was legitimate. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away.

The room was dirty. The staff was not anywhere to be found for me to be able to get extra towels. There were no washcloths in the bathroom at all I had to use hand towels to wash my body with there was one small bar of soap and one teen tiny bottle of shampoo. The phone in the room on the bedside table was there but there was no cord from the head handset to the actual telephone so I don't even know if it worked or not so not only could I not find an employee to make a late check out I couldn't call them either and my phone did not work inside of the hotel at all. In the back entrance of the hotel every time somebody opened the door to go in or out it set off the fire alarm so I had to hear the fire alarm going off over and over and over again all night long.

I did not like the fire alarm going off every time I opened up the door to go out where my car was parked in the back I did not like the fact that I could not find an employee to request an extra towel or washcloths for my room or extra soap and shampoo I also did not like the fact that I could not call them on the phone that they provide in the hotel because there was no cord going from the phone to the receiver. And I did not appreciate the dead roaches on the floor in the kitchenette of my room. I would ask for a free night stay for all the crap that I dealt with last night but I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel again so if you would like to refund my money or part of it that would be great

The staff was very friendly & accommodating. I just wish it was possible to leave luggage securely there before the check in time.

Unprofessional staff, dirty, used linens . No bathroom tissues.
