Super fun no need to be out of the hotel .

I travel down to SAT for work frequently. I got tired of staying downtown. I like that this location is right off the highway, close to the suburban amenities, and its noise level is quiet. They have one of the more spacious gyms for a hotel and the workout equipment is pretty nice. The room turn over service is nice and the rooms/building have always been clean. Majority of the time they empty my coffee pod out of the machine and it’s such a small thing, but it makes me happy in the mornings. The hotel restaurant is also really good. I’ve had a few meals there and haven’t been disappointed. I also really like they have on site laundry. It’s self service so you can do it when it’s convenient for you. They offer detergent in the hotel store. There are a couple of machines that take coins and a couple that take card. The cards do have a service fee though.

Have stayed at this location multiple times over the years. Hotel was remodeled and updated was always very convenient to Sea World and multiple attractions. A bit of road construction in the area but still easy in and out.

Customer service is horrendous Upon arrival no one at the desk. Issue with our reservation and the initial agent was not interested in helping in anyway. I had to go outside and rebook my room I should have gone somewhere else

The view was beautiful.

We didn't have hot water in shower..

Although our stay was perfect, the only complaint I have is the hair from the previous guest was still on the shower wall. 🙁 Other than that, everything else was clan! It was great! Thank you. 😊

We had a little trouble with our first room but staff quickly resolved it and moved us to a new room. The kids loved the pool and the transportation to Sea World was very convenient!
