Staff! Breakfast!! And location Going in the hotel trying to get our room situated was probably the only issue we had. Other than that Erica, Mitchell, Denise, Khayla and khayi did an amazing job addressing all of my concerns.

Could be a bit cleaner but over all it was great!

The location

They have bed bugs in our room I went told somebody at the desk the next morning . They said they will check we came back that day nothing has checked or bed sit no changed . I went again told an other lady at the desk to at least change the bed shit she told me no room service available. Our second night was horrible with the bites will never go back there or recommend anyone else. Becarful before you book this place .

Front desk staff was beyond attentive and friendly. My bathroom shower had hair all over the shower walls and on the inside of the shower curtain and the cleaning crew had already left for the day (strange), but the young lady at the front desk promptly apologized and came up to clean it herself!

"Wouldn’t stay again."

Location was on our route. Quite area.

The check in guy seemed clueless and was NOT friendly. I almost suggested we leave before getting checked in. No soap at bathroom sink. Needs serious updates. Bathtub was pitiful. Bugs and trash in floor.

My room was filthy with soap left in shower from previous guests and mattress had dark brown stains like old dry blood or something. My experience was not pleasant.
